So my mortgage is 1713 a month... 1713x12 months=20556. with a 3% balance transfer fee is 616.68. So am i suppose to take 20556 put it in the bank to pay my monthly mortgage payment, and still pull 10k off of another line of credit to pay down the principle? do i make sense?? Im trying to figure out how to pay the mortgage monthly payments because mortgage companies don't accept credit card payments.
